We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may request a return for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. Original packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required. To begin the return process, please contact us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Any original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable

All tcgGuard-branded products include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects or breakage caused by regular, intended use.
